Sam Modzelewski
President
Sam Modzelewski, Founder and President of EcoStruction LLC, is an established leader and visionary in the construction industry with over 10-years of experience. Sam’s 10 years of experience includes Senior Level Project Management in High-Rise, Hospitality, Restaurant, Retail and Residential projects. Sam has completed projects in excess of $100 million dollars and has worked for some of the largest General Contractors in the nation including Skanska USA and Coscan Construction.
Mr. Modzelewski is a state certified General Contractor, CGC1519969, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. At EcoStruction, Sam focuses on the combination of integrity, determination and knowledge to provide the platform to drive EcoStruction projects to the finish line and beyond.
Jeff Grueninger
Senior Vice President
Jeff Grueninger is an established leader and visionary in the construction industry with nearly 30-years of experience. Mr. Grueninger has a proven track record of successful business development. During his time at APS Construction he successfully grew business from $2 million to $23 million making APS a leading boutique Construction Company in South Florida and the Carribean. Mr. Grueninger’s “No Nonsene” approach paved the way for the growth of APS. Mr. Grueninger applies these same principals to MMG Consultants which allows our clients to reap the benefits of a successful construction project.
Sandro Ligursi
Vice President of Operations
Sandro Ligursi is fluent in French and is our quality control expert with over 35 years of experience managing high-rise, multi-family, hospitality and restaurant projects. Sandro complete the +400 unit upscale condo building New River Landing in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Sandro is a hands on Construction Manager who implements project specific quality control measures to ensure client satisfaction.
